Quand à la propreté, elle est exceptionnelle, rarement vue dans un logement de villégiature. Nous avons juste envie de revenir le plus vite possible ."

"When we arrived Fritz met us at our uber, walked us to the hotel even helping with my luggage all while pointing out the local grocery store, recommended restaurants, pathway to the beach. At the apartment he gave us a tour with instructions on how to use the appliances. The apartment was lovely, clean, quiet, overlooking a lovely garden where locals walk their dogs everyday. We had everything we needed during our one week stay, the washing machine was much appreciated. Bed was very comfortable and big enough for two people. Wifi worked well without ever any issues. Location is just outside the busy part of Cannes, so it feels very safe and calm while still being close to everything. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Cannes!"

"Super apartment at point croisette with very kind hosts. Has everthing you need: nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, induction burner and perfect instructions from hosts. Gated community. Short walk to Zamenhof beach, a little longer to the beaches at pointe croisette. Supermarket and bus stop close by. 4 min. walk from apartment to Bd de la croisette. If this is your base for Cannes u don't need a car at all. Direct bus #21 from train station."

"The unit has an AC, but the AC is not quiet ... Parking around the block ist free but it is sometimes difficult to find a free spot. Garage parking available for a fee"

"I loved how spotless and beautifully curated this space was. Everything I could ever think I would need was provided. It was in a lovely neighbourhood and easy to walk to beaches, shopping and transit. I travel extensively and have a lot of experience…. I can say the hosts and the place were exceptional!"

"The perfect apartment for staying in Cannes. It is a fully lived-in apartment (as a positive term) as it comes with towels, beach towels, foldable chairs for the beach, a shade and much more.. It has both air conditioning and ceiling fans (perfect for not catching a cold while sleeping). Truly beautiful garden and view from the balcony and it is only 5 minutes away from the beach. There is a nearby bakery, supermarket and a cheap but amazing pizzeria (it does get busy sometimes).  The best part is clearly the host Fritz, he waited for us with cold water and wine in the fridge, explained everything and even gave us a heads up about an upcoming firework show and a spot he recommends watching it from. Truly and extraordinary  host, hope we will get the chance to go back at some point!"
